i wont lie i was very skeptical at the beggining

First time ordering from this site, key came in my e-mail 7 hours and 18 minutes after the games worldwide release .

Didn't need a VPN to activate it, didn't need to do anything extra or shady to put in my steam key, don't listen to reviews where people say you need ID verification or a VPN to activate the key. Nothing like that happened to me.
The key arrived, I activated it, downloaded and played. Simple.
Highly recommend this site, I saved 20 euroes from ordering here instead of Steam, which is great for me because I live in Bulgaria where we pay double the price for a triple A game, so if I bought it from steam, i would've payed 140 lev (70 euros), instead I got it from here and I payed 100 lev (50 euros).

I've bought a game without create an account, and since the code is given by mail i've got nothing in the beginning. I first thouht I'd be scammed but I wrote a mail to the support and my problem been sold pretty quickly.

So ok service is good, but it would be great if you have to create an account BEFORE you buy anything, just to avoid any problems like mine.

Got a great price on Flight Simulator and the CD Key worked great, delivered within one hour.
For this key had to follow their instructions regarding the process and is only a one time thing, just to activate the key.

That is unfortunete that you had to wait additional time for the delivery which can sometime happen.
however you have disputed the order, the system will not deliver orders while there are open disputes for obvious reasons.
Due to a restock, additional time was imposed on the delivery time frame, however you have disputed your order within the advertised time and expected it to be delivered.
Which will not happen due to the reason i mentioned above.
Your order was looked into in the morning hours (You ordered at night time), it was suggested to you to close the dispute and the order would be delivered.
You refused, therefore you were refunded.
Refrain from opening disputes in case you would like orders to be delivered.

I bought a game the day before release. Delivery was guaranteed for release day. However, I did not receive a key on the release day. That's why I checked with customer support and only got a rude reply and a cancellation of the order. This is very bad service!

"I will cancel the order and buy the game in another store"
So we decided to cancel the order since it was urgent for you to play as early as possible which was not possible in our case due to delays in delivery.

Initially the game(s) took much longer to receive key than advertised, but I was very wary that I had to supply them with ID (such as driving licence AND passport) for "verification".
Surely if you pay using PayPal then that should be enough as you've already verified your details with PayPal.
However, all turned out OK in the end and I did order more and they came in quite quickly so overall I was fairly happy.

Only quibble I really have is that one of the games I ordered turned out not to be a game at all, it was actually DLC , so I had to buy the game itself as well.
I feel that should have been mentioned.

I also found 2 games that I was interested in were actually cheaper when ordered directly from Steam, so do your research first.

I got the code after a bit of waiting time and activated it by just switching from Nintendo german language settings in the control panel to the US website and therefore activated the Zelda key. It worked fine and after the activation I just switched back to my native german language under account settings on the Nintendo homepage again.

I will buy again from gaming dragons in the future, since this is no scam here.

1. You were well informed in three different places on how to activate your code.
If additional software was required it can be also deleted the second you no longer require it.
2. You saved more than double than what you would pay for a code for your region.

Also if you were unhappy about the key you received it may be a good idea to communicate that to us before and we would of offered a code for your region.

You got a good deal and received what you paid for, a code for xbox for a specific game along with instructions on how to redeem it.
You redeemed the game successfully and already enjoying the game at more than half the price.

Therefore we would say this experience was probably as bad as eating a cake and keeping it whole too.

On GamingDragons you can find even abandonwares, that for few euros give you full walkthrough (older titles have sometimes incompatibility with newest OS and DirectX). You can find some Playstation titles too, enclosed in a package that runs on PC.rnrnOnly 4 stars, because in case of needed identity check, they asked for a copy of an ID document, that's excessive and dangerous. Sorry guys.

I had a problem with the activation, because it was the code from another region, I sent a message to customer service and they answered me super fast with very clear instructions on what I had to do to activate the game. I had a problem with getting my game code but the support team got on it almost instantly to sort the problem, which is not the case for other suppliers.

When they say key delivered between 5 minutes and 2 hours, they really mean whenever the hell they want.

I Bought an Xbox One game which took a few hours to receive. Upon purchase which stated it was 'Global' turned out to be an Argentina version of the game. I installed it by logging into Xbox Website then activating VPN to Argentina after the prompt to enter your redeem code. Microsoft's website has a bug or code to stop using VPN. When you load a VPN before the prompt, you will get a blank screen. It took me a while to figure this out so I had some trouble but managed to figure it out and get my foreign game working on a UK console.

The process has been very underwhelming but with some patience you will get it.

I bought the Key and the activation process took multiple account friends on steam before receiving the game.

It worked but it was a painful process.

My advice is to wait until the payment process ends if you don't receive it. That way you can claim the cost back if you have done this through paypal.

Luckily in the end i didn't have to.

I've bought New World Retail yesterday and today, my game has been removed from Steam because the key has been used by another person...

Generally, the codes show up a half an hour or so after purchase... That's still a ton better than most other retailers I've found on the interwebs. I've been buying from them for years now and honestly haven't found better deals out there.

It is OK concerned to it is a Web Shop.
I just did bye the new F1 2021, and it took about 10 Minutes before I Got the Activation Code.
The issue can be that you will be redirected to a UK Homepage for the download.
I now just is waiting to get the Download Finished, and start playing.

There have been problem with my key. It was country restricted (they don´t wrote it at game description). But when I wrote to support, everythin was fine.

The only complaint is there are not enough EU licenses on offer.

First of all, I am not a bot. This is an actual review. So basically I bought a Battle.Net account with COD:MW 2019 on it from here. I bought it from here since it was cheaper than everywhere else. After I placed my order and read reviews, I got kind of worried that I'll get scammed, but that didn't happen. When I got an email from them, I responded back confirming that I do indeed want my order to be delivered. They took a while, but considering that it was past midnight in Russia I was pleased. The credentials were correct, I changed the password and started playing the game. Overall good experience, maybe I was luckier than others. I might come back to this store next time I want a cheap game.

I had bought aoe3 and assumed that this key would work with steam unfortunately not so. After reading a lot of confusing instructions, I activated Windows features in the PC settings, which seemed very strange to me. Then I installed the game download setup via a download link and additional software where the key was entered. That the multiplayer does not work is the slightest evil because after about 60 minutes of playing in the single player suddenly the PC simply turns off and does not start again. After I started looking for the error in the PC, a burnt smell came towards me and after exchanging parts and resetting the mainboard it came out that the graphics card was destroyed. This can hardly be a coincidence because this PC setup has been running stable for 4 years without even a single error.
Possible it is a combination of a *** and changing Windows features, which means that I can now buy a new graphics card and up to about 1000 € cost come ...

Please contact support for help, a game cannot cause the issue you're describing unless there was an underlying issue with your system already.
Installing Game for Windows Live and DirectX from Microsoft website or adding a feature called DirectPlay which is also under Windows own feature set cannot cause such issues.
You have received Age of empires 3 GFWL version of the game which is what you have decided to purchase, we have Steam version listed on the website as well, however you decided to purchase the GFWL version instead, therefore that is what you have received.
We have thousands of customers who purchased this item with no issues whatsoever therefore the issue you are describing is an anomaly and caused by an already existing issue with your system.

I bought a copy of a game for a friend (FF14 Complete Edition), the Complete Edition was true 2years ago but rn, this complete edition doesn't include the last extension. Received fast. I bought the extension cause i needed it (but i paid the total more than the complete edition on the official webstore).

I made a ticket and i'll wait for them to refund me a part of the price i paid ...

I bought a game from here but after processing of payments the game ended up being licensed to a different store region so I couldn't accept the key. Haven't worked out how to get a refund.

When I recently purchased Neverwinter Nights 2 from this site, the download link was not working, so I contacted support. After only one or two days I received an E-Mail from support, who sent the game data and explained what I needed to do. It worked perfectly, so I could play the game with no problems. A few hours before code came through but all good.

I bought a download version for IWDEE and it didnt run on my PC (I have a beast...), so I contacted customer support to request a refund. In 48 hours I got the money back with no more issues.

I got Buyer's protection, I accidentally bought the wrong edition of a game (wanted Steam, bought non-Steam). Issued a ticket, got refunded the next day. Great customer support!

Bought Cyberpunk for $30, was a steal price for such a sick game. They delivered the GOG account instantly after payement. Was playing the game within hours after big game download and install. Smoothest transaction ever, and legit! Legit feedbacker here, did not get paid or any BS like that, props to this site!

Gaming Dragons is established quite well, even they do give an individual support after the initial registration, others not named could learn from them.
I did order a bunch of rare games which are quite hard to find in my place and had no issues at all during my transaction, they relevant keys are submitted in a decent time, from immediately until a couple of hours waiting time which is acceptable.
The Webpage is built-up quiet comprehensively, the availability of games is in upper average.

Bought a cd key for Baldurs gate 3 and a random cdkey code. Neither one
of the links worked! I messaged the support service and still waiting for a response, but they had the time to send me a request for a review . So based on my experience ...it's bad! I wish I would have just paid the extra money and went with someone more reliable

The overall service is quite decent. The waiting time for key was longer than expected, which is, compared to other websites, not up to standard. The product details from the key I purchased, were also a bit lacklustre. The description entailed most of the details, but not the specific ones. It was either a Europe or American key, depending on the stock, however, I could not tell which was in stock and which not. I do not mind this too much, however, it is inconvenient. I am satisfied with my purchase on this website.

Since Sony no longer publishes direct activation codes, that is the only legal way to obtain the games from Sony via PSN store, you get wallet amount to purchase the game on the PSN store.

I love this old game where you must go around in a fictiv world and solve lot´s of problems. It is a game where you must be patient and think a lot and be fast with the mouse sometimes.

I keep coming back to Gaming Dragons for a few reasons. First is their pricing. My old go-to was CDKeys, well whatever they did made them worse for pricing, artificially raising MSRP's then discounting the game. GD never has done that and I have been a customer for a few years now. Second is the ease of payment, though this purchase was slowed bc of my time of order, other than that the turn-a-round time is fantastic! I picked 2 copies and though it shows only one in my games here, I received 2 keys! Awesome. 3rd is their customer service. Fast, actually read my messages and didn't skip right around it like HRK does. Stay away from HRK, they have shady verification practices. GD only asked for a photo of me and my id, covering all delicate info. HRK on the other hand wanted a photo of me, my ID and my CC! No way man.

But the way it works is just to complicated. You have to login through a strange email, and in that way the game isn't yours.. Let me explain. Normally when you buy say a Steam game, it will be in your account, but this way it isn't in your account, but in some strange made up account, so now you have to have seval of accounts depending on how many games you bought. i mean WTF

Great website with decent to significant markdowns of retail prices games. Every code I payed for worked. It would be 5 stars, but a code I got for free didn't work.

The site is attractive as it is cheaper than competitors. Unfortunately, the item was refunded without explanation. If an explanation were provided I would be tempted to use this site in the future. Instead, I have waited 2 hours for a key and ended up with a refund.

At least the refund was automatic and not a drawn out process with customer service.

First thing first, 5 minutes to 2 hours delivery time is simplay not true for my case (and others to reading in reviews).

I have bought many game keys from other website, and never did I need to wait longer than 15 minutes before the keys are delivered.

If you want to save 5euro or something and wait for hours before you get your key, well then I guess you can buy it from here, but if you simply don't want to wait, go to other competitors.

Seriously you guys need to fix the slow delievery.

So i've bought about 2 games with this site: Deadpool (steam key) and Riddick dark athena.

both titles are off the sore (that is to say steam) for nearly a decade, tho i believe Deadpool was briefly available again in like 2'015. It is quite impressive that they offer these titles (hopefully legally - hey Steam did not say a thing about DP), yes riddick is NOT available as steam key but that is not fault of GamingDragons.

Things they did influence are fairly good - from items available (only site i found either of the games on) to pricing (go look how much say duke nukem 3D megaton costs anywhere) to relatively fast turn around on order to delivery.

Considering size of the site i am quite pleasantly surprised on how reliable and pleasant my experience dealing with them is.

I purchased a game that was not steam edition(my bad),
I asked to be refund because I already purchased another steam version on the website. They offered me credit store(gems), it was easy and quick.

I bought a code for US as a gift (living in EU so I have no way to do it from Nintendo).

Unfortunately, the code was not recognised and apparently was a EU one. The whole idea was to get an American one, as informed in the product itselft. At least the customer service said they will refund me, so I cannot really strike them down for that. Still a little disapointed that I cannot have a US code.

The delivery process was the slowest I have ever encountered on a key website. The time frame which they provide of it being delivered between 5mins-2hrs is painfully inaccurate.
I was forced to wait hours before I had to go out of my way to contact support and bring up the fact that I was still waiting on my delivery (I had had no previous contact from them regarding the status of my order), and it was only then, after I had been forced to take action, that they actually bothered to contact me.
However, the issues didn't stop there! They replied to my message by saying that they require me to send a photo/scan of a valid id. After all the waiting I had to endure I found it preposterous that I should be the one required to do this, as from my point of view at the time, I was the one thinking that I was being scammed.
In conclusion, yes, I did receive my key (do with that knowledge as you will), but I cannot recommend this website unless you are fine with waiting until the next day to email support and have a passport photo ready on standby, or if this website bucks up their ideas and streamlines the process without forcing the customer to have to email them.

I recently went back to try to re-download a purchase I made many years ago, still had the email but links were now expired. I sent the team a support request and they were able to link the purchases to the current My Games portal. This was done within a prompt 24hr response.

From what I remember of the original purchase it was completed and delivered quickly, don't expect instant delivery, but it should be long, 3 games and no problems with key validity.

Better off buying from somewhere else in my opinion. Been waiting for they key code for 12 hours already, no updates.

I'm really happy with Gaming dragons. For the past perhaps 2-3 years I've bought practically all my PC games from Gaming dragons and they've delivered every one of them without fail. The prices are great, but i was mislead by what was advertised as a "Retail Key" and was actually a GOG key. The delivery time was a bit too much compared to other websites. (took around 2 hours )

Which wasn't possible because i the password was wrong, i used my usual password and still couldn't log in... tried to recover the password but i didn't know the secret question's answer. So i had to open an incognito window of Chrome to create a new account... because the other account was stuck for 1:30hrs untill the password recovery expired.
TL;DR Had to create a whole new account on a website i don't even use because i can't pay as a guest .

When I bought Windows 10, the payment system I chose treated my purchase as a cash advance, not a purchase. That means I got charged not only a $5 cash advance fee, but interest on my entire credit card balance until the credit card is paid to zero. I pay off my credit card every month, but the balance never goes to zero because the lag in the due date. This is very inconvenient to me and I will never buy games from Gaming Dragons again.

Not only that, I had to call Microsoft to activate Windows 10 which took about 30 minutes to complete.

I contacted support about this and in 24 hours I received a reply along with a new code.
I redeemed this new code in Steam only to find that I had been given Dead Island Standard Edition.

Purchase took an hour to come though to my email and I contacted customer service after not having the game after 20 minuter and they replied within 15 or so minutes and made sure my order was emailed. so great customer service just a bit slow with the email containing the key.

They might just remove this review .
I put in a paypal dispute because they did not send me a key even after ID verification .
Then they ask me to withdraw the dispute eliminating my last recourse without even fufilling their order !!!!

After 16h waiting to get my key, no more stock. So refund request directly and received directly is the only thing that works well on their site.
